The Mena 2 App is provided exclusively to individuals authorized by Mena 2 Resort. Accounts are created manually by resort administrators. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify resort staff immediately.
3. Permitted Use
Users agree to use the app only for purposes authorized by the resort, such as:
- Scanning QR codes to access facilities
- Viewing personal account information
- Receiving communication from resort staff
You may not:
- Attempt to access restricted features or data
- Misuse or disrupt the QR code scanning functionality
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app’s code or security
4. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected and used.
5. No Financial Transactions
The app does not handle or process any payments. Any displayed balances are for information only and must be addressed directly with resort staff.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain consistent access to the app. However, TECHSAFE LLC or the resort may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security reasons without notice.
7. Termination
Access to the app may be revoked by resort administrators or TECHSAFE LLC at any time for misuse or violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
TECHSAFE LLC and Mena 2 Resort are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Updates will be posted in the app or on this site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
